Inteligencia artificial y prospectiva estratégica para territorios sostenibles: anticipación de riesgos climáticos y decisiones públicas

Introducción: La evidencia sobre inteligencia artificial, prospectiva estratégica y riesgo climático ha aumentado durante los últimos años, pero las diferencias de diseño, escala, indicadores y contexto territorial todavía dificultan la comparación directa. Por ello, se requiere una síntesis trazable que permita separar patrones. Objetivo: Examinar críticamente la evidencia sobre inteligencia artificial, prospectiva estratégica y riesgo climático, identificando mecanismos recurrentes, efectos dependientes del contexto y vacíos relevantes para la política pública y la gestión territorial. Método: Se realizó una revisión narrativa estructurada para la ventana 2020–2025 a partir de la matriz de evidencia del manuscrito. El corpus final estuvo integrado por 24 estudios publicados en revistas académicas, todos con DOI real y trazable. La localización y verificación consideró Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, SciELO, Redalyc, Google Scholar y plataformas editoriales. La elegibilidad exigió pertinencia temática, método explícito, resultados recuperables y. Resultados: La evidencia respalda el uso de inteligencia artificial para pronóstico, exploración de escenarios y detección de riesgos, pero su valor público depende de calidad de datos, interpretabilidad y capacidad institucional. El rendimiento predictivo aislado resulta insuficiente cuando existen incertidumbre, sesgos o responsabilidades poco claras. Las inferencias más sólidas. Conclusiones: La síntesis respalda decisiones sensibles al contexto y no prescripciones universales. Para inteligencia artificial, prospectiva estratégica y riesgo climático, la investigación futura debe mejorar comparabilidad de indicadores, transparencia del reporte y seguimiento longitudinal, además de documentar explícitamente equidad.
